Jalen Ramsey might just be the most talented player in this draft.

Here it is patients. My second of four four mock drafts. Enjoy.

1. Tennessee Titans: Laremy Tunsil OT Oke Miss: The Titans are looking to trade down but if they don’t, they’ll draft Tunsil to beef up a suspect offensive line.

2. Cleveland Browns: Carson Wentz QB North Dakota State: Wentz had an impressive pro day two weeks and despite impressive pro days from Jared Goff and Paxton Lynch, he’s still the Browns top target if they go quarterback.

3. San Diego Chargers: Jalen Ramsey CB Florida State: Ramsey had a tremendous pro day and solidified his spot in the top five. The versatile Ramsey would fit in well with a secondary that includes Jason Verrett and newly acquired Casey Hayward.

4. Dallas Cowboys: DeForest Buckner DE Oregon:The Cowboys are high on Carson Wentz and may trade up to get him. If they can’t get Wentz, they’ll settle for the disruptive Buckner, another player high on their board.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars:  Joey Bosa DE Ohio State: I know the Jags have invested heavily in their defense but Bosa makes too much sense here. You can never have enough play makers on defense, especially pass rushers. Bosa is a three down defender who will make an impact as a rookie.

6. Baltimore Ravens: Ronnie Stanley OT Notre Dame: Stanley is climbing up teams draft boards and one of the team’s that’s high on him is the Ravens. Stanley can play either right tackle as a rookie or slide into the left tackle spot and lock it down for five to ten years.

7. San Francisco 49ers: Jared Goff QB Cal: Chip Kelly really likes Wentz but unless the Niners trade up for him, they’ll have to settle for a pretty good consolation prize in Goff. The local product can step in, learn Kelly’s system and play next year. Of course, that’ll depend on what happen with Colin Kaepernick of course.

8. Philadelphia Eagles: Ezekiel Elliott RB Ohio State: The Eagles traded up to this pick because they have a specific player in mind. I think that player is Elliott. He is a bell cow type running back who can carry the load. The Eagles need that type of running back after trading DeMarco Murray to the Titans.

9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Vernon Hargreaves CB Florida: Hargreaves is the best pure cover corner in this draft. The Bucs need a capable corner to start opposite Alterraun Verner. Hargreaves is the guy. The front seven in Tampa is fine. The Bucs need to address the back end and they will in this draft.

10. New York Giants: Myles Jack OLB UCLA: Jack is rumored to be slipping on a lot of team’s boards. I don’t necessarily buy it but for now, I have him going to the Giants in this spot. If New York landed Jack, it would be a major coup.

11. Chicago Bears: A’Shaun Robinson DT Alabama: The Bears want to win with a strong running game and a strong defense. It start upfront. Robinson has experience playing in Alabama’s 3-4 defense so he can easily transition to the Bears 3-4 defense.

12. New Orleans Saints: Shaq Lawson DE Clemson: The Saints would be ecstatic if Lawson fell to them at twelve. They need a five technique defensive end in the worst way and Lawson would be a great fit.

13. Miami Dolphins: Eli Apple CB Ohio State: The Dolphins are following the trend and going with bigger corners. That’s why they acquired Byron Maxwell and that’s why they’ll draft Apple.

14. Oakland Raiders: Kevin Dodd DE Clemson: Dodd is a bigger, more versatile player than his college teammate Shaq Lawson. The Raiders are following the Seattle model of rebuilding their defense. That means they will try to add as many pass rushers as possible. Dodd would complement Khalil Mack and Bruce Irvin well.

15. Los Angeles Rams: Paxton Lynch QB Memphis: Contrary to what GM Les Snead and Jeff Fisher are saying, the Rams need a franchise quarterback. Lynch would fill that need quite nicely. He could start as a rookie.

16. Detroit Lions: Laquon Treadwell WR Ole Miss: The addition of Marvin Jones helps fill the void created by Calvin Johnson’s retirement but the Lions need another receiver to go with Jones and Golden Tate. Treadwell would be a good complement to them in Detroit’s offense.

17. Atlanta Falcons: Darron Lee: Dan Quinn continues to add the necessary pieces to his defense by drafting the athletic and tough Lee to play WILL linebacker.

18. Indianapolis Colts: Leonard Floyd OLB Georgia Floyd is climbing up team’s draft boards. He is a three down player who could be a great fit in Indy’s 3-4 defense as a pass rushing WILL linebacker.

19. Buffalo Bills: Jarran Reed DT Alabama: The Bills could go quarterback here if one of them is available. If the quarterbacks are gone by this point, they’ll focus on defense and draft Reed to be their starting nose tackle.

20. New York Jets: Andrew Billings NT Baylor: The Jets lost Damarrio Davis in free agency and David Harris isn’t getting any younger. Ragland can start next to Harris and eventually replace him.

21. Washington Redskins: Andrew Billings NT Baylor: The Redskins lost Terrance Knighton in free agency and are in the market for a starting nose tackle. Billings has the size and post snap quickness to play in Washington’s 3-4 scheme.

22. Houston Texans: Corey Coleman WR Baylor: The run on receivers begins. The Texans need a young receiver to play opposite DeAndre Hopkins. Coleman has the make up of a starting receiver and his ability to stretch the field would complement Hopkins well.

23. Minnesota Vikings: Will Fuller WR Notre Dame: The run on receivers continues with the explosive Fuller going to Minnesota to complement Stefon Diggs and give Teddy Bridgewater another target to throw to.

24. Cincinnati Bengals: Josh Doctson WR TCU: With Marvin Jones gone to Detroit, the Stripes need a starting receiver. Doctson has good size and his ability to stretch the field along with A.J Green gives the Bengals two big play receivers on the outside.

25. Pittsburgh Steelers: Mackensie Alexander CB Clemson: Alexander will be the best corner available on the board by this point and the Steelers need cornerback help so they’ll draft the undersized but aggressive Clemson product.

26. Seattle Seahawks: Taylor Decker OT Ohio State: The Seahawks need to find a starting offensive tackle after the departure of Russell Okung to the Broncos. Decker project as a right tackle but he is athletic enough to give it a go at left tackle.

27. Green Bay Packers: Kenny Clark DT UCLA: Clark is active and disruptive along the line of scrimmage and he can play tackle or end. Defensive coordinator Dom Capers wants versatile players along the line of scrimmage. Clark fits the bill.

28. Kansas City Chiefs: Germain Ifedi OG Texas A&M: The Chiefs need to get more stout inside along their offensive line. Ifedi is a combo guard, tackle who is a mauler in the game. He can step in and start as a rookie something the Chiefs desperately need.

29. Arizona Cardinals: William Jackson III CB Houston: The Cardinals need to find a starting caliber corner that can play opposite Patrick Peterson. Jackson is a good athlete but he’s also a smart player.

30. Carolina Panthers: Jason Spriggs OT Indiana: Both Mike Remmers and Michael Oher struggles in the Super Bowl against the Broncos. Carolina needs to get more athletic at tackle. Spriggs is athletic and has the potential to be an elite pass blocker. He is an upgrade over Oher and can start at left tackle from day one.

31. Denver Broncos: Robert Nkemdiche DT Ole Miss: Why not? Nkemdiche has a lot of baggage but the defending champs need help along the interior of their defensive line and the talented Nkemdiche would fill the void left by Malik Jackson’s departure. Don’t forget. John Elway drafted Shane Ray last year and he had some baggage as well.
