Boston College: Eagles pick up another key 2022 commitment in Ismael Zamor

For the second time in a week, Boston College has picked up another key local commitment. This time it is Everett junior wide receiver Ismael Zamor who committed last night.
Zamor had nine total offers. UMass, Michigan, Syracuse and Temple were among the other schools that offered him. The three star prospect stands at 6-1 170 and is an explosive playmaker in the mold of a Mike Sainristil.

Zamor is a polished route runner for his age. He gets in and out of cuts with ease and has the vertical explosiveness to stack a corner and separate.

The staff at Everett has also used Zamor at quarterback as part of a direct snap package. Zamor does a good job of fitting into a mesh and reading his keys. He makes quick decisions and is able to get into space and separate with ease.

Zamor has enough length in his frame that he can certainly add 5 to 10 pounds without losing his explosiveness. He has tremendous upside and is a great fit in offensive coordinator Frank Cignetti’s offense.
