Harvard Preview: Penn Quakers (4-4) at Harvard Crimson (4-4)

Harvard will look to bounce back from a tough loss last week at Columbia. The Crimson offense in particular has struggled of late and those struggles have come to the forefront in their last two losses.

Here are three keys to the game for the Crimson.

1. Get the running game back on track: Harvard needs to find a way to get their ground game going. It is the catalyst for everything they do offensively. If offensive coordinator Joel Lamb feels that his running backs are setting the tone early, he will get them the ball.

2. Jake Smith needs to make plays in the passing game: Harvard isn’t making enough big plays in the passing game. Quarterback Jake Smith needs to play with more confidence and take more shots down the field.

3. Just win baby: Penn always plays Harvard tough but this is a must win for the Crimson. If they want a winning season and to have some momentum going into the Yale game next week, then they need to win today.

Final score: Harvard 20 Penn 17: Harvard needs to play with a sense of urgency. This is a must win for them if they want to finish the season the right way. It is senior day in Cambridge. Harvard needs to win this game for the seniors.
